Booking, payment and your flight
How do I pay?
You pay the driver at the end of the transfer, by card or in cash. There’s nothing to pay online.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The price shown in the form is final for your route, party and luggage, day or night.
Is my transfer confirmed when I send the form?
You send a request and we confirm it by WhatsApp or email, normally within a short time.
Where do I meet my driver?
In the arrivals hall at column 5, after you’ve collected your luggage.
How long will the driver wait?
Up to one hour after your flight lands. We follow your flight, so delays are taken into account.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We see delays and change the pick-up time. If your flight is cancelled or rebooked, message us with the new details.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. Later cancellations may be charged.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request. Add the children’s ages in the form so we bring the right seats.
Can I bring a bike or golf clubs?
Yes. Add them in the form; each costs €5 extra.
How many people fit in one vehicle?
Up to 10 passengers. For larger groups, ask us on WhatsApp and we’ll arrange more vehicles.
Do you also drive to the airport?
Yes. Choose your hotel as the pick-up and the airport as the destination, or book a return trip.
Are you part of the airport?
No. Mallorcairport is an independent private transfer service. The airport is run by Aena.
