If your destination is the airport, we recommend booking your transfer at least 3 hours prior to your flight departure. Please note that if the booking request is submitted less than 24 hours before the service, we cannot guarantee immediate confirmation. All last-minute bookings are subject to availability. We will do our best to process your request as quickly as possible.

We will monitor your flight to ensure that our driver is waiting for you at the designated meeting point on time.

Have these to hand

  • Your flight number and arrival time
  • The address of your accommodation
  • How many adults and children, and the children’s ages for their seats
  • Your luggage, including any bikes or golf bags
  • For a return trip, your departure flight too

What the price includes

  • The whole vehicle for your group, with no other passengers or stops
  • Up to one hour of waiting after landing; we follow your flight
  • Suitcases and pushchairs; bikes and golf bags are €5 each, once per booking
  • The same price day or night, at weekends and on public holidays
  • Child seats on request
  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the transfer

After you send it

    We confirm

    You send a request, and we confirm it by WhatsApp or email, normally within a short time.

    On the day

    We follow your flight, and your driver waits at column 5 in the arrivals hall. For a pick-up at your hotel, the driver comes at the confirmed time.

    At the end

    You pay the driver at the end of the trip, by card or in cash. Nothing to pay online.

    Any changes

    Send us your booking reference and the new details by WhatsApp or email.

Is my transfer confirmed when I send the form?

You send a request and we confirm it by WhatsApp or email, normally within a short time.

How do I pay?

You pay the driver at the end of the transfer, by card or in cash. There’s nothing to pay online.

Is the price fixed?

Yes. The price shown in the form is final for your route, party and luggage, day or night.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the transfer. Later cancellations may be charged.

How do I change my booking?

Send us a WhatsApp message or an email with your booking reference and the new details, such as the date, time or flight number.

How much is a return transfer?

Two one-way prices. Choose a round trip in the form and add your departure flight.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, on request. Add the children’s ages in the form so we bring the right seats.

Can I bring a bike or golf clubs?

Yes. Add them in the form; each costs €5 extra.
