Good to know before you book
How do I pay?
You pay the driver at the end of the transfer, by card or in cash. There’s nothing to pay online.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The price shown in the form is final for your route, party and luggage, day or night.
Is my transfer confirmed when I send the form?
You send a request and we confirm it by WhatsApp or email, normally within a short time.
Where do I meet my driver?
In the arrivals hall at column 5, after you’ve collected your luggage.
How long will the driver wait?
Up to one hour after your flight lands. We follow your flight, so delays are taken into account.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
We see delays and change the pick-up time. If your flight is cancelled or rebooked, message us with the new details.
How far is Palma Airport from Palma city centre?
About 8 km. By car it takes 15 to 20 minutes, and EMT bus A1 runs to the centre every 15 minutes.
Where is the taxi rank at Palma Airport?
On floor 0, outside arrivals. Since 4 November 2025, taxis pick up on the right-hand side of the bay. Fares are metered.
Is there a bus from Palma Airport to the resorts?
Yes. TIB line A11 goes to Palmanova, Magaluf, Santa Ponça and Peguera all year, and in summer A32 goes to Alcúdia and Can Picafort and A42 to Cala Millor. There is no direct bus to Sóller, Pollença or Cala d’Or.
